For a large number of reasons, I've made the decision to eliminate as much animal product-based food from my diet as is possible. This is mostly fine, but there are a few things I really miss. These things include: cheese, ice cream, cheese, sour cream, cream for coffee and cheese.


One of these cravings has been taken care of though, because Saturday night I had the awesomefuntime that was trying Tofutti sour cream. I think it has a better name than that (the cream cheese - which I trudged through the snow to buy today and will tell you all about sometime when I get around to defrosting a bagel to put it on - is called "better than cream cheese"). It was like real sour cream, except it won't cause global warming, or clog your arteries. I would also suggest roasting garlic to mash into it, that was very tasty too.
